Paucity of teaching and non-teaching staff hinders research activities. However, the college encourages the teachers’ participation in various career development programmes from time to time. Most of the teachers have published papers in journals and contributed chapters in books. The college has also organized one UGCSponsored National Seminar and many internal seminars on different topics.
